CHON BURI, Thailand — October 7, 2026 — Thailand’s Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau (CCIB) has arrested eight people allegedly linked to the BULL online gambling network after investigators traced more than 200 million baht in annual financial transactions. Police raided two locations in Chon Buri and are continuing to investigate the wider network.
The investigation focused on three websites allegedly operating under the BULL network: MAXBULL789, BLACKBULL789 and REDBULL789. Police said the network used so-called mule accounts and financial administrators to receive, withdraw and transfer gambling-related funds, with different groups responsible for controlling accounts and handling withdrawals.
On October 7, police searched two houses in Chon Buri and arrested two key suspects. A 40-year-old man in Samed, Mueang Chon Buri, was allegedly responsible for a mule account, with three Samsung mobile phones and three bank passbooks seized. In Si Racha, officers arrested a 31-year-old man allegedly working as a gambling website administrator and managing withdrawal accounts, seizing a laptop, an iPhone 16 Pro Max and a bank passbook.
Police also arrested six additional suspects allegedly serving as mule-account holders in Chon Buri and Surin. Authorities said arrest warrants have been issued for 12 people in total, with eight arrested so far. All suspects were taken for legal proceedings on charges related to jointly organizing or facilitating unauthorized gambling and directly or indirectly advertising or soliciting others to gamble. Investigators are continuing to trace financial transactions and assets to identify beneficiaries and other members of the network.
